Ms. Phyllis Morris and Mr. Tracy Cooper, both of Chesapeake, Virginia, are proud to announce their engagement.

Ms. Morris graduated from Green Run High School in 1987 and from James Madison University in 1991. She is currently employed as a teacher. Mr. Cooper also graduated from Green Run High School in 1987. He attended college at Norfolk State University and is currently working as a Customer Service Representative.
