Miss Cheryl L. Carter and Mr. Gregory C. Hutchings, Jr. are pleased to announce their engagement. Cheryl graduated from the College of William & Mary with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Virginia, and she is employed as a Business/Financial Analyst at CQ Press (a division of The Congressional Quarterly).

Gregory graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Mathematics and Science. He is currently employed as a sixth grade Science teacher at the Phillip Michael Pennington School in Manassas, Virginia and is working towards a Masters degree in Educational Leadership at George Mason University.
