Miss Heather Royse and Mr. Gil DeLucia are pleased to announce their engagement.

Heather received her BA in English from Old Dominion University in 2000, and currently works for Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center as a Technical Writer. Gil was born in Ballston Spa, NY. He served 5 years in the US Navy and is currently a student at SUNY Albany studying Engineering.
