Miss Tracy Kell and Mr. Dave Derring take great pleasure in announcing their engagement.

Traci is originally from Virginia Beach
and graduated from East Carolina University in 1995 with a B.S. degree in Communications. She is currently employed as a Program Director with Norfolk Fest Events.

Dave, also a Virginia Beach native, graduated from Kempsville in 1991. Dave is a partner with Mowalla Music and Sports. Their wedding ceremony will be in April 21, 2001 at Kempsville Presbyterian Church in Virginia Beach.

The couple are registered at Hecht's and Target .
