On Friday November 17, 2000 Heather MacKaye and Jeff Kwiatkowski were wed at Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Virginia Beach.

Heather's sister Katharine was her Maid of Honour; Jeff's father, Carl served as his Best Man. The couple were attended by 4 Brides Maids and a Junior Bridesmaid and a flower girl as well as 5 Groomsmen and a Ring bearer. Mr. and Mrs. James MacKaye and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Kwiatkowski were also in attendance.

Heather is a native of the Hampton roads area and Jeff is from Falls Church, Virginia. Heather works for AllTell Communications in the engineering department and Jeff is a Special Education teacher at Cox High School. The reception was held at Shifting Sands. Entertainment was provided by Astro Disc Jockeys, the cake was from Cakes by Maria, flowers were provided by Flowers by Kay and the Brides dress was from Eileen's Originals. The couple will reside in Virginia Beach.
